Commitment is given to helping those who are serious and ready to put in the work, so accountability and dedication are expected throughout the process. POOCHIEZ NAILS COACHING SESSIONS

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Poochiez Nails ("Coach") and the undersigned participant ("Coachee"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that all information shared during the coaching sessions remains confidential and is not disclosed to any third party.

2. Confidential Information For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to:

Business strategies, techniques, and methodologies shared by the Coach. Training materials, discussions, and any resources provided.

Insights, experiences, and shared knowledge within the group coaching sessions. Any proprietary or sensitive business information related to Poochiez Nails.

3. The Coachee agrees that they shall:

Not disclose, share, reproduce, distribute, or discuss any Confidential Information with third parties. Not use Confidential Information for their own business or personal advantage without prior written consent from the Coach. Maintain the confidentiality of all materials and discussions, both during and after the coaching sessions.

4. Group Coaching ParticipationIf selected, the Coachee will be added to a private coaching group where discussions, support, and assistance will be provided. It is expected that all participants will uphold a standard of professionalism and respect for the confidentiality of others in the group.

5. Duration of AgreementThe end date of the coaching sessions will not be disclosed until the conclusion of the program. It is important for the Coachee to remain engaged, complete all assigned tasks, and fully participate throughout the entire duration of the sessions.

6. Consequences of BreachAny violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination from the coaching program and potential legal action.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing below, the Coachee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
